A thriving private dental practice in the greater Coeur d’Alene area is hiring a full-time Associate Dentist to join its patient-focused team. Backed by a larger dentist-owned group, this office offers clinical autonomy, strong mentorship, and the flexibility to grow into advanced procedures and leadership over time.

This role is ideal for new graduates or early-career dentists looking to build their skills in a well-supported, high-quality practice.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver comprehensive general dentistry to a loyal and growing patient base.
• Perform a variety of procedures including restorative, preventive, and basic surgical care.
• Build lasting relationships through personalized treatment and communication.
• Collaborate with a clinical team focused on efficiency and patient satisfaction.
• Engage in mentorship and continuous clinical development.

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Active Idaho dental license or eligibility to obtain.
• CPR and DEA certification (or ability to obtain).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Committed to long-term growth and quality care.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Up to $10,000 monthly salary guarantee.
• Production-based compensation with earnings between $225,000 to $275,000+.
• Full-time: 4 days per week; part-time option: 3 days per week.
• CE reimbursement up to $5,000 annually.
• Dedicated support team including 3 dental hygienists.
• Mentorship from experienced doctors within the group.
• Path to minority ownership and long-term clinical leadership.
