Job Description With supervision and technical guidance, the I&C Planner develops, maintains, and completes Instrumentation and Control (I&C) work packages and Design Change work packages to comply with plant licensing documents, regulatory commitments, Technical Specifications, preventive maintenance, and equipment qualification programs. The I&C Planner provides technical guidance and work process support to maintenance technicians, interfaces with various departments to develop permanent and temporary design changes, identifies required materials for these changes, and assists in resolving technical discrepancies and work process implementation issues. The I&C Planner also participates in plant system teams to develop plant modifications.
