We're building Nila to help families across the world care for their loved ones back home. We’ve seen strong inbound interest from the diaspora and now we need sharp closers to turn that demand into growth.

As our second Growth hires at Nila, your job is simple: convert high-intent leads into paying customers with speed, empathy, and trust . You’ll speak directly to families who need our service, understand their needs, and guide them through the decision, whether via WhatsApp, email, or a call.

This is a high-impact, high-ownership role. You’ll work closely with the founding team to refine sales scripts, test conversion flows, and help us hit our revenue targets. You’ll also play a key role in shaping our voice, systems, and culture around customer growth.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

  • Own the sales funnel end to end: qualify, pitch, close, and hand off
  • Jump on inbound leads within minutes on WhatsApp, email, or calls
  • Hit aggressive monthly sales targets with consistency
  • Write and refine winning sales scripts, follow-ups, and nurture flows
  • Obsess over conversion metrics and constantly improve performance
  • Work with Growth to test creative GTM ideas (events, groups, DMs, etc.)
  • Build trusted relationships with South Asian diaspora families
  • Form partnerships with NRI groups & companies to promote Nila

Requirements

🔍What We’re Looking For

  • You’re a top 10% closer in your current or past role (ideally B2C)
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments and love chasing targets
  • You’re emotionally intelligent, selling care means building trust
  • You’re a crisp communicator across voice, video, and WhatsApp
  • You’re comfortable selling to South Asian families (NRI/OCI/PIOs)
  • You’re hungry for ownership, growth, and building from 0→1
  • (Bonus) Fluency in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, or other indian language
  • (Bonus) Experience in healthcare, fintech, edtech, or trust-based sales
  • (Bonus) Worked in a startup or built something from scratch
  • (Bonus) You’ve cared for aging parents or relatives and get the mission
