Job Overview DESCCO Design & Construction Inc. is looking for a hands-on, experienced Water/Wastewater Foreman (Construction) to lead and manage field crews on municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities - Supervise, coordinate, and work alongside field crews on active water and wastewater construction projects
- Interpret plans, blueprints, and project specifications to ensure work is completed correctly and efficiently
- Schedule daily tasks, assign duties to crew members, and manage productivity on-site
- Monitor quality of work, ensure safety compliance, and address any issues as they arise
- Serve as the main point of contact between field staff and project management
- Assist with hands-on work - formwork, excavation, piping, equipment operation, etc.
- Coordinate deliveries, equipment, and subcontractors to maintain project timelines
- Document daily reports and ensure site cleanliness, safety, and readiness
Qualifications - 2+ years of experience as a Construction Foreman, specifically overseeing wastewater or water treatment projects
- Proven ability to lead, schedule, and manage crews effectively on complex infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of water/wastewater processes, site layout, and utility installation
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction specifications
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR required
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- We provide all power tools and larger tools and equipment. Employees must have their own hand tools (ie, Hammer, trowels, toolbelt, tape measure, utility knife etc.)

Schedule - Full-Time
- Monday to Friday
- 8-10 hour shifts
