Key Responsibilities:

  • Design reports and dashboards to analyze meter processes, system synchronizations, and data quality across systems such as the customer information system, asset management system, and mobile workforce tools.
  • Monitor daily and interval energy data, meter communication events, and service order fulfillment using both relational and time-series databases.
  • Identify root causes of meter equipment failures and provide data-driven recommendations for corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve data collection and analysis processes and suggest new data sources or enhancements.
  • Deliver data visualizations and reporting for internal teams and leadership using reporting and BI tools.
  • Build analytical models that support decision-making and performance monitoring.
  • Perform basic validations for market exceptions and ensure synchronization across enterprise systems.
  • Document data methodologies and assist with knowledge sharing across teams.
  • Receive direction from technical leads and operate both independently and collaboratively within project teams.
